At DULCE STORE PARIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original DULCE packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Parisian atelier inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
